"Brenden West from Travis Trainor’s office contacted me in the summer wanting to quote my home and auto insurance. I advised him they both renewed in October so please contact me in September. Which he did….right on time. I then sent him my declaration pages on both so we could compare apples to apples. In a very timely manner, he was able to provide quotes on both with considerable savings and an extra perk on the home included. Our policies have been issued exactly how Brenden indicated they would be. We couldn’t be more pleased! Brenden is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the insurance products! And it all started with him simply reaching out to offer a quote. Travis Trainor has a gem in Brenden."
We responded:
